BURNOUT

Burnout is what happens when you try to avoid being human for too long.

I experienced burnout twice in my life. The latter event took me to death. I clinically died for 3 minutes before having to be revived.

 

I had to learn the long, hard way of what burnout is and how serious it can be.

 

Because of that, I have gained many practices to help management and individuals recognize signs of burnout. I speak and train on methods to treat and prevent burnout.

 

Just like your PC or mobile phone, time to time they need to be reset to operate smoothly and improve performance. We need to perform this function as well.

 

I developed this training out of personally not wanting anyone to go through what I did. My goal behind this is to educate and save lives.

PREVENTATIVE SELF-MAINTENANCE

It sucks that we don't learn about self-maintenance in school at an early age. I think many growing pains could be better experienced with this knowledge.

 

Unfortunately, many of us learn when it is almost too late! Self-Maintenance is a group of wellness practices to strengthen and lengthen the physical body, calming, organizing and increasing focus of the mind, while getting in-touch with your SELF.

 

This is why I created the TIME | LIFE | SELF program. Based on my personal experience of self-healing my ailments, I teach what worked for me.

 

It's never too late to learn and take advantage of performing your own, personal self-maintenance.
